Grayling is a Brussels-based consultancy that supports Parkinson's Europe in advocating EU decision-makers for improvements for people with Parkinson’s and their families. On Friday 8th April, their team travelled to Knokke, which is a beach north of Brussels on the Belgian coast, to do a simultaneous jump into the ice-cold water in aid of Parkinson's Europe's 100 Challenge.
Although the team stopped short of swimming (due to the freezing temperatures!), they grabbed the opportunity to jump in fully-clothed with both hands. CEO of Grayling Belgium Russell Patten said “We are delighted to be able to support Parkinson's Europe's 100 Challenge. We have worked with Lizzie, Dom and the team for over a year now, and know what a fantastic organisation it is and the difference it makes to people with Parkinson’s in Europe. We are also encouraging all our other clients, friends, and families to get involved – the more people supporting this cause, the better.”
Grayling will undertake another challenge on April 21st in Brussels – a charity touch rugby match in a park by their office.
Thank you very much to everyone who will be supporting us!
