	Impact of Parkinson's Disease on Patient Participation in Life A report on the results of an International Survey by Professor Leslie Findley, Consultant Neurologist and Chairman, Essex, Neurosciences Unit, UK, and Mary G Baker MBE, President of the European Parkinson's Disease Association, UK. The survey results were presented at the ‘Participation in Life Conference’, 2-4 July 1999, Krakow, Poland.

	PD Life Project Update In June 1998, SmithKline Beecham (GSK) provided the EPDA with funds to develop a 'Patient Analysis and Tracking system' (Drug Profiling), which the EPDA Medical Advisory Board approved. After two false starts, the project was renamed PD Life and commenced, as a six month UK pilot.
